The Olympic Torch Relay Leaves Winnipeg
The Olympic Torch Relay left Winnipeg on Thursday January 7th and started making it's way to Vancouver. It started it's journey at Minto Armories 969 St. Mathews Ave along with many spectators, police cruisers, the Olympic busses, the Royal Bank truck and the Coca Cola Truck. Just before 8:00am Olympic Torch carrier Amy had her torch lit by the Olympic Flame and off she went.
