Batman rumors and speculations finally confirmed!
Ben Affleck who played Batman in the most recent DC Universe movies finally confirmed the speculations and rumors surrounding his role as Batman.
He will…NOT be reprising his role as the caped crusader.
It’s been no secret since the release of the flop that was Batman vs. Superman, that Affleck was looking to step out of the role, but was always unable to confirm or deny those rumors.
This all news for the new stand alone Batman movie which is set to premier in 2021, It’s also being reported that the film will follow a much younger Bruce compared to the one shown in current films.
Matt Reeves who had major credits in the last two planet of the apes movies, is spear-heading the project and says “The last dark knight movies have focused more on his physical side, and I want this Batman movie to be about the Worlds Greatest Detective”.
A little known fact about Batman, he carries the abilities to defeat every Justice League character.
There is no word yet of who will take on the role of batman, but I’m sure he’ll be strong jawed.
