Its called Deep fake, and it is the art of imposing celebrities faces on other people.
I stumbled upon this because they put Tobey Maguires face on Tom Hollands in the trailers for the latest release; Homecoming.
Comedic value might be very evident, but when you do stuff like morph someones face DURING an interview to multiple people, the technology is mind boggling and quite frankly a bit scary.
BIll Hader is the latest victim to this seemingly harmless prank, but it brings up a lot of questions about people with other ideas.
Bills face morphs several times mid-interview to the celebrities he speaks of.
