A mother mosquito is very proud to see her youngling off for his first flight.

Upon his return, the mother mosquito asks how it all went.

“Fantastic!” replies the youngster.  “I think everyone really likes me!”

“Oh?” says the mother, “how can you be so sure?”

“Well,” says the son, “as I was flying about, everyone started clapping!”
