Mr. Potato head: The show must go on

Don Rickles – Maybe most famous for voicing Mr. Potato head sadly left this world in 2017.

A man who can not be replaced….
It left a lot of people wondering if his character would still make an appearance in the Toy Story 4 film.

At the time of Script writing, Don Rickles passes away; no recording had been done.

The family knowing just how un-replaceable he was, came up with an idea that maybe the studio could use any and all past recordings of him as the iconic character.

As it turns out, 14 years of content as Mr. Potato head from movies, games, commercials was enough to mix into the fourth film.
That’s right, everything you hear from Mr. Potato head is from the past.
Pulled from everything they used and didn’t use from all of toy stories history.

 

Don Rickles left this world at the age of 90. God bless him.
