New Name for Jets Arena

Starting Canada Day, the home of the Winnipeg Jets is to be known as Canada Life Centre.

It is a 10-year naming sponsorship deal with signs for the new name expected to be up by September.  An artist’s rendering of the new-look was provided by the team as part of the announcement.

Bell MTS continues as a major sponsor of the team.  A separate deal from today keeps their logo on player’s helmets for the next five seasons.
