School, Bus and Other Cancellations Around Manitoba for Wednesday, January 30th

The six school divisions in Winnipeg use Environment Canada as their benchmark.
There needs to be a -45 windchill at The Forks 6 o’clock before anything gets cancelled.
Today the windchill was -39 so all school buses are running and schools are open.

SCHOOLS:
No buses in the Portage la Prairie School Division; Oakville and Hutterian

schools closed, other PlaP SD schools open.
All schools in the Pine Creek School Division are closed.

All schools in the Rolling River School Division are closed.

All schools in the Seine River School Division are closed.

No buses for Black River school in the Frontier School Division.

All schools in the Lakeshore School Division are closed.

All schools in the Lord Selkirk School Division are closed; staff still expected to report to work.

All schools in the Garden Valley School Division are closed.

All schools in the Prairie Spirit School Division are closed.

All schools in the Red River Valley School Division are closed; staff still expected to report to work.

All schools in the Evergreen School Division are closed.

All schools in the Sunrise School Division are closed; staff still expected to report to work.

All schools in the Border Land School Division are closed; staff still expected to report to work.

All schools in the Prairie Rose School Division are closed.

Indian Springs School Swan Lake First Nation – closed

Buses for all Area 2 schools in Frontier School Division are cancelled due to extreme weather conditions. Schools are open.

Calvin Christian School – country bus not running, shuttle bus is running.

All schools in Hanover School Division are closed.

The following DSFM schools will be closed for today: Jours de Plaines, Saint-Lazare, La Voie du Nord, Aurèle Lemoine, Saint-Georges, Réal-Bérard, Pointe des chênes, Saint-Joachim, Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Sainte Agathe, Gabrielle-Roy, Noel-Ritchot, Lagimodière, ERND, Gilbert-Rosset, La Source.

The following DSFM schools will be open but buses are cancelled: Lacerte, Taché, Précieux-Sang, CSLR, CLR, Christine-lespérance, Roméo-Dallaire.

All schools in the Interlake School Division are closed.

Transportation routes inside the city for the Mennonite Brethren Collegiate Institute are all running but the Beausejour route is cancelled this morning.

Sergeant Tommy Prince school is closed.
