Woman Survives Murder Attempt, Looks To Pay It Forward

CeeJai Julian remembers when she first got clean. Standing up in twelve step meeting feeling guilty for being alive. she use to question why she was still alive and not her “sisters” she knew from the streets. Julian lived in downtown Vancouver where women were terrified for each other, knowing that there was a serial killer preying on them. It wasn’t until years later she realized who she had escaped from.
